In Helicoil, the end of the wire is folded so that it can be gripped with a suitable fork tool and rotated, the folded end going to the bottom of the hole in the home. Iso harmaa metallilaatikosto

Iso metallilaatikosto sisältää metallihuoneen erikoistyökaluja. Sen poranterät, jyrsintapit ja muut Lastuavat työkalut ovat tarkotoitettu vain työstökoneisiin, ei käsityökaluihin. Käytä työkaluja harkiten, sillä monet niistä ovat jäsenten omaisuutta ja tarkoitettu vain käyttäjille, jotka osaavat niitä käyttää. Jos et tiedä mihin tai miten työkalua käytetään, kysy ennen kuin rikot sen.

Jyrsintapit

Ylimmässä laatikossa sijaitsevat jyrsintapit. Jyrsintappeja ei ole listattu erityisesti, mutta ne ovat laatikossa kokojärjestyksessä. Tappeja on melko hyvä valikoima. Erityistä tarvetta uusista olisi lähinnä 6-8-10-12mm karbiditerille, kiinalaiset terät ovat melko edullisia ja huomattavasti HSS-teriä parempia, joskin myös kalliimpia.

Huomioitavaa tappien käytöstä: Jos haluat harjoitella jyrsintää tai muuten huviksesi rikkoa tappeja, älä tee sitä parhaimmilla, kalleimmilla tai muuten erikoisilla tapeilla. Tavalliset kiinalaiset HSS-tapit eivät maksa juuri mitään, mutta laatikosta löytyy myös hyvin kalliita tappeja.

Optinen kierroslukumittari

An insert, either a "helicoil" made of square stainless steel wire, or a solid cylindrical insert is then rotated into the hole. In Helicoil, the end of the wire is folded so that it can be gripped with a suitable fork tool and rotated, the folded end going to the bottom of the hole in the home. Finally, the end of the wire pointing to the center is cut out of the way by pressing it down. Note that the insert may not be rotated back out in the wrong direction, so do not accidentally rotate it too deep.

Blind bearing puller -ulosvetosarja

Pull-out set for bearings and alignment sleeves, for example. The puller grips the bearing from the front, so the bearing must be in the blind hole.

Use:

Select the appropriate pull-out adapter according to the size of the hole. The adjuster must reach through the bearing or sleeve so that it can catch under it. For example, if there are several bearings on top of each other, try to grip only the first bearing. Tighten the adapter by hand or with a tool until it engages under the bearing, you will feel it when it finds its place. Make sure it is in place and tighten firmly. Attach the sliding hammer to the adapter and knock out the bearing. If the adapter does not hold well and dissolves, its nails may be damaged. Therefore, it is important that the adapter is in a good place and tight enough. Heating always helps to remove the bearings if at all possible.
