Valmistelevat toimenpiteet Ennen kuin koneella aletaan työstämään ja erityisesti ennen MDI- tai automaattiajoa, on kaikki akselit kalibroitava. Muussa tapauksessa koordinaatit ovat mitä sattuu eikä mikään onnistu. Akselien kalibrointi: Tarkista ohjauspaneelin merkkivaloista, ettei mikään liikeakseleista X, Y, Z ole jo kotirajalla tai hyvin lähellä sitä. Tarvittaessa siirrä akseli käsinajolla kauemmas kotirajasta ennen kotiinajoa. Tämä siitä syystä, että kone ajaa helposti vasten päätyrajakytkintä jos se kotiinajossa jo on kovin lähellä kotiasemaa. Käynnistä kaikkien akselien kotiinajo: valitse ohjauspaneelista [HOME] valitse kaikki akselit [X] [Y] [Z] käynnistä kotiinajo keltaisella [HOME START[-painikkeella Odota, että paneelissa syttyy peräjälkeen kaikki merkkivalot X Y Z kotiaseman merkiksi (kuvassa näkyy Z-akseli kotiasemassa) Akselit on nyt kalibroitu ja asematieto säilyy kaikissa tilanteissa kunnes koneesta taas otetaan sähköt pois. Start home run on all axles: * select [HOME] from the control panel * select all axes [X] [Y] [Z] * start home driving with the yellow [HOME START [button Wait for all X X Z LEDs on the panel to light up in sequence on the home station (the Z-axis on the home station is shown) The shafts have now been calibrated and the position information is retained in all situations until the power is removed from the machine again. At this point, all other lights in the top left of the control panel row should be lit except (B). It indicates the 4th axis home position, but has not been touched so it is dark. If the (ATC READY) light is OFF, or the lights in the ALARM line are on, go to Troubleshooting.
