Limukassa

Labilla on jäsenten käytettävissä limukassa. Jääkkaappiin on rakennettu Limumaatti jossa on vaihteleva valikoima juomia. Kaikki jääkapissa olevat limutölkit maksavat 1,50€. Rahat maksetaan jääkaapin päällä olevaan metallipurkkiin. Kun on ottanut jääkaapista juoman, laitetaan uusi tölkki jonon perään. Ne löytyvät jääkaapin vierestä. Juomat maksetaan sillä hetkellä kun ne otetaan kaapista, ei siis ennakkomaksuja tai velaksi juomista. Tyhjä tölkki joko laitetaan pantillisten tölkkien ja pullojen astiaan, jos se kuuluu palpa-järjestelmään. Muussa tapauksessa se puristetaan kasaan ja laitetaan SER-astiaan. Limukassan hoitaminen Käytäntö 2018: Kun juomat ovat vähissä, niitä on syytä hakea lisää. Tämän voi tehdä kuka vain vapaaehtoinen, juomia voi hakea Verkkokaupan myymiöstä (tai mistä tahansa mistä sopivia tuotteita saa sopivalla kappalehinnalla). Verkkokuopan henkilökunta toivoo (11/2018) ettei juomia turhaan tilata etukäteen myymälän out-oon ja maksettavaksi, vaan keräillään ne suoraan myymälästä kärryyn, heidän prosessinsa taipuu huonosti noiden keräilyyn. Normaali kertaerä on viime aikoina ollut noin 150-200e eli 6-8 levyä juomia. Näistä kuitti matkaan ja kassasta käteisnosto vastaavalla summalla. Tyhjien tölkkien palautus on helpointa tehdä Sellon alakerran automaattiin, on ehdottomasti nopein kokeilemistani tölkinsyöjäkoneista. Tästä rahat käteisellä kassaan tai suoraan seuraavaan hankintaan. Kolikoiden osalta järkevintä lienee toimittaa ne Sellon yläkerrassa, Prisman sisäänkäynnin vieressä olevan automaatin kautta omalle tilille jonkun limunhakureissun yhteydessä.

The lab has soda for sale to members. The refrigerator has a built in can dispenser (Limumaatti) with a varied selection of drinks. All soda cans in the fridge cost 1.50€. The money is paid into a metal jar on top of the fridge. After taking a drink from the fridge, add a warm can to end of the queue. Warm cans can be found next to the refrigerator. Drinks must be paid for the moment they are taken out of the fridge, so no prepayments nor debts are allowed. An empty can is either placed in the bin for deposit cans and bottles, if it belongs to the palpa system. Otherwise, it is crushed down and placed in a SER bin. Management of the soda sales Practice as of 2018: When drinks are running low, more should be purchased. This can be done by anyone who volunteers. Drinks can be bought e.g. from Verkkokauppa (or from anywhere where suitable products are available at a decent unit price, not to make a loss). The staff at Verkkokauppa request (11/2018) that the drinks not be ordered in advance for pick-up, but will be collected directly from the store to the cart, as their pick-up process is ill-suited for collecting them. A normal batch has recently been around 150-200€, or 6-8 trays of cans. Keep a receipt of the purchace and withdraw the corresponding amount from the cash box. Returning empty cans is easiest to do at the Sello downstairs machine; it is definitely the fastest of the can eaters I’ve tried. From this, either cash in the deposit receipt, or spend it directly on the next purchase. As for the pile of coins you take from the cash box, it probably makes sense to deposit them to your own bank account using a machine upstairs in Sello, next to the entrance to Prisma.
