Pintaliitosuunin käyttö

Uunin toimintosykli käynnistyy virtakytkimestä:

1. uuni lämpenee esilämmitysarvonsa (C1), jonka saavutettua se piippaa
2. vedä ritilä ulos, laita piirilevy ritilälle ja työnnä ritilä uuniin
3. piirin levyn juotosyklin alkaa
   1. uuni pitää esilämmityslämpötilan (C1) ja laskee esilämmitysaikaa (time1) vasemmassa led -palkissa
   2. jonka jälkeen uuni nostaa lämpötilan reflow lämpöön (C2) ja laskee aikaa time2 oikeassa led -palkissa
   3. kun aika time2 on saavutettu uuni piippaa valmistumisen merkiksi
   4. piirilevyn voi ottaa pois ritilältä

Uunin oikean sivureunan alalaidassa olevalla reset -näppäimellä voi uunin toimintosyklin käynnistää alusta.

Piirilevyn juotokset kannattaa tarkistaa mikroskoopilla ja varmistaa, että tahna on sulanut kunnolla eikä jääny palloiksi. Tarvittaessa säädetään uunin kalvonäppäimillä esilämmitys -lämpötilaa (C1) ja -aikaa (time1) sekä sulatus/reflow -lämpötilaa (C2) ja -aikaa (time2). Näppäiten lyhyt painallus näyttää asetusarvon ja pidempään painaminen muuttaa arvoja ylöspäin (+ -näppäin) tai alaspäin (- -näppäin).

Esimerkkiarvoja:

• Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5 (lyijytön): preheat: 200C, time1 120s, reflow: 260C, time2: 180s

The Soldering Cycle

The cycle is started by opening a drawer and placing a pc-board in the drawer. This should preferable be done within two minutes. If the drawer is not closed within two minutes, the oven will switch off automatically! When this nevertheless happens, restore by pushing the reset button. If the soldering process is interrupted by opening the drawer, push the reset button and cycle can be restarted.

Settings

To change set times or temperatures, one should press the switches for time and temperature either positively + or negatively. The displays will show the previous value set for 1 second, after switch this value will change positively or negatively. These set values will remain visible on the displays for two seconds (set value) to subsequently return to process value. The time value for preheat (t1) and reflow (t2) can each be adjusted from 0 – 999 seconds. The temperature setting for preheat temperature (°C1) is: 260 °C. Note well, that whatever the temperature setting is, there will always be a different of 30 °C between preheat and reflow temperatures
