'''Applying for a key membership'''
 +
 +
Key membership is not for everyone! We require the key member applicant to have common sense, being able to ask for instructions and find help themselves, having both independent work style and understanding to ask for help as well. The current requirements and instructions for applying for key membership can be found on Helsinki Hacklab website helsinki.hacklab.fi. You can find the next key member interview event on the Helsinki Hacklab calendar.
 +
 +
Please make sure you meet the base requirements for membership before participating the interview. We do not like to hand out keys for very limited time span of use (single projects, just needing it for few months, short stays etc.) - we can help you find other ways to participate if you need just temporary use of the workspace.

* The laser cutter requires the use of a CO2 extinguisher. Be always prepared to use it and have it next to you, workpieces catch fire frequently!
