The upstairs workrooms might have in near future for example:
- amateur radio room (C)
- sewing and textile room (A)
- printer, maybe vinyl cutter and other graphics work equipment (A)
- work desks for quiet work (A)
The kitchen and the sauna both need some upgrade before use.
