The upstairs workrooms might have in near future for example:

• amateur radio room (C)
• sewing and textile room (A)
• printer, maybe vinyl cutter and other graphics work equipment (A)
• work desks for quiet work (A)

The kitchen and the sauna both need some upgrade before use.
